This machine is designed as a double cone tank, with one end as a filter plate and the other end as a washing and discharging port. Steam or hot water can be introduced into the jacket to heat the inner tank. The tank is placed on both sides of the frame through the main shaft. One end of the spindle is a steam and condensate interface, which is used to heat the tank by introducing steam. The other end is a vacuum port, which is used to create a vacuum inside the tank through a vacuum pump or vacuum system, completing the filtration process and removing the evaporated water vapor during the drying process. The motor and reducer are also placed inside the frame, and through gear transmission, the tank body is driven in both forward and reverse directions, causing the material to continuously flip up and down, inside and outside. During the washing process, the materials can be thoroughly and evenly mixed to complete the washing process. During the drying process, the heating surface can be continuously replaced to ensure even heating of the material and achieve the goal of balanced drying.

Each sealing point is equipped with dual seals. The sealing material is silicone rubber or fluororubber.
The filtering material is filter cloth, stainless steel wire mesh sintered or powder sintered plate, and metal sintered plate. Users can choose between 3um and 50um according to their needs. The dead corner margin of the filter cloth is 25mm on one side.
The chassis is detachable, and quick install bolts are used to clamp the upper and lower flanges to achieve a sealing effect. Disassemble the chassis with cylinders or land it on the ground, and use a wheeled cart to pull it out for cleaning the filter plate.
The tank can rotate in both forward and reverse directions, and the speed can be adjusted freely between 1-10 revolutions per minute through a frequency converter. The main rotation includes an automatic braking device.
